Return & Exchange Policies

Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item if there are any issues at all. Top rated customer service is my goal & I will always work with you to correct anything you need!

- Made to order & custom items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges due to the nature of the item. In certain circumstances a store credit may be issued.

- No refund or exchanges on items where wrong size was ordered & a size chart was available.

- Items damaged in transit need to be brought to my attention within 3 business days of receiving the item. If the item can be replaced, then it will be with normal TAT for said item (unless extras are in-stock). If it cannot be replaced, then a store credit will be issued.
